Boso Peninsula is a region in Chiba, Japan, just east of Tokyo, famous for its fresh tai (sea bream) and the giant stone Buddha carved into Nokogiriyama's cliff. With warm summers and mild winters, you can surf at Kujukuri Beach in July or hike the Boso Flower Line in April when temps are around 60°F (15°C). The eastern coast offers long sandy beaches, while the southern coast near Tateyama has rugged cliffs and flower parks, making spring the best season for cycling and blossom viewing.
